Yes! Maddie always offers a complimentary meet-and-greet before the first booking. It's a chance to say hello, go over your pet's routine and care details, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident before moving forward.

Question 2: Do you stay overnight or just visit during the day?

Maddie offers both drop-ins and overnights, but overnights are her favorite! Your pup gets to stay surrounded by all the smells and comforts they have.

Question 3: Will I get photo updates when I am gone?

Definitely! Expect sweet little snapshots and updates to keep your heart happy while your away.

Question 4: How far in advance should I book?

Two to three months ahead is the best! Maddie books up fast, especially around holidays!
